1. Booking Procedure

Online Bookings: You can easily book our limousine services via our website at www.swissblacklimo.com. Simply fill out the booking form with your travel details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, and time.

Phone & Email Reservations: Alternatively, you can reserve a limo by contacting us directly at +41 76 213 57 41 or via email at info@swissblacklimo.com. Please provide all necessary details to ensure a quick and accurate reservation.

2. Confirmation of Booking

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Once we receive your booking request, we will send a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Swiss Black Limo International.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: For all bookings, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Full Payment: Full payment is due 7 days before your scheduled pick-up date for all services.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Currency: All payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up at the designated pick-up time and location, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Modifications: Any changes to your booking, such as adjusting the pick-up time or vehicle, must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

5. Punctuality

We strive to always be on time. However, please note that traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

We ask that you arrive at the agreed pick-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

6. Additional Charges

Extra Hour Charges: If your service extends beyond the agreed booking time, additional charges will apply at an hourly rate of CHF [insert rate].

Additional Services: Any special requests (e.g., additional stops, special amenities, etc.) may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process.

Toll Fees & Parking: Any tolls, parking fees, or other additional charges incurred during your trip are the responsibility of the client.

Behavior: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our chauffeurs and staff. We reserve the right to terminate the service if the client or any passengers behave in a disruptive, abusive, or dangerous manner.

Personal Belongings: Swiss Black Limo International is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the ride.

8. Special Requests

Please inform us of any special requirements or requests (e.g., child seats, specific vehicle preferences, etc.) at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee availability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
